How much is the delivery charge?
All deliveries are charged per weight of item/items. Up to 2kg is charged at £4.95, 2kg/4kg is charged at £9.95 and 4kg plus is charged at £14.95.
How long will it take to get my item delivered?
If your item is in stock, it will be delivered within 48hours. If a sooner delivery is required please contact our customer service department and we will endeavour meet your request. All deliveries are subject to availabilty.
Will you offer discounts on multiple quantities?
Please contact our customer servive depatrment by email or by telephoning between 9.30am and 5.00pm.
Why is the final amount different to the item shown?
Delivery charges will be added at the checkout stage - please refer to our delivery pricing chart. Do you have a returns policy?
How can I pay for my items?
We use the HSBC Bank card proccessing facility which accepts most major credit and debit cards, we do not accept cheque or postal payments.
