All deliveries are charged per weight of item/items. Up to 2kg is charged at £4.95, 2kg/4kg is charged at £9.95 and 4kg plus is charged at £14.95.

If your item is in stock, it will be delivered within 48hours. If a sooner delivery is required please contact our customer service department and we will endeavour meet your request. All deliveries are subject to availabilty.

At Cube clothing Ltd, we accept that on occasions you may need to return an item for various reasons, our returns policies are listed below:

If you believe your item is faulty, complete the returns form which is printed on the reverse of your receipt and return this along with the faulty item to;

The fault must be verified by Cube Clothing Ltd as a manufacturing fault before a refund or exchange is issued, on receiving a returned item we will contact the customer to advise how we will continue with the return. If the item is faulty the cost of postage will be refunded by Cube.

Return/Exchange an item

If the item, which you ordered, does not fit, or you just simply do not like it, then you may return the item within 14 days of receipt to Cube Clothing Ltd for a full refund or exchange.

Items to be returned:-

• Must be unworn
• Have all the original sales tags intact
• The Cube anti-tamper security seal must not be broken - If the security seal is broken, the tags are missing or there is evidence that the item has been worn (deodorant marks, smell of smoke, perfume/aftershave) then the item will be returned to you and no refund or exchange will be issued.

You must complete the returns form that is printed on the back of your receipt and post it to the above address. The cost of returning an item is to be paid for by the customer and the returned item is the customers responsibility until it arrives at Cube, therefore we recommend sending parcels via recorded delivery so if the parcel is lost in transit it is insured by Royal Mail.
